AIM Continuum Electronics provides computer and game console diagnostics and repair services throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Our focus is on accurate evaluation, board-level repair, and reliable workmanship. We do not manufacture devices, sell replacement hardware, or guarantee future performance beyond the scope of the repair performed.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include diagnostic evaluation and repair of electronic devices based on observable symptoms and testing at the time of service. This means:
- Diagnostics and repairs are limited to the reported issue(s) and accessible components
- Repairs may involve component-level soldering, part replacement, or system rework
- We do not guarantee future performance of unrelated components or systems
- Conditions may exist that are not detectable during initial evaluation
- Findings and recommendations reflect the device condition at the time of service
Any repair recommendations or limitations will be communicated before work proceeds.
3. Diagnostics & Repair Authorization
By submitting a device for service, you authorize AIM Continuum Electronics to perform diagnostic testing and approved repairs. Diagnostic fees may apply and are typically non-refundable, as they cover time, labor, and technical evaluation.
No repair will be performed without authorization unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Scheduling, Drop-Off & Pickup
You agree to provide accurate information about your device and its condition. Devices must be delivered and retrieved during agreed-upon times.
AIM Continuum Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or inaccurate device information
- Unavailability of replacement components
- Unforeseen technical complications
Devices left unclaimed for extended periods may be subject to storage fees or disposal in accordance with applicable laws.
5. Payment & Fees
Payment is due upon completion of the approved repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Extensive board-level repair
- Liquid damage assessment or remediation
- Rush service or expedited turnaround
- Devices with prior third-party repair attempts
All pricing will be disclosed before work proceeds.
6. Limitation of Liability
Electronics repair involves inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- AIM Continuum Electronics’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
- We are not responsible for data loss, software issues, or unrelated hardware failures
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or future failures
- We do not guarantee manufacturer-level performance or lifespan
Clients are responsible for backing up data prior to service.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the device and issue
- Back up all data prior to service
- Review repair recommendations and limitations
- Understand that repaired devices may still have age-related or unrelated issues
Repair services are intended to restore functionality related to the identified issue, not to return devices to new condition.

- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
